Dr. Wallerstein’s pursuit of excellence began at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in the United States, where she graduated with distinction at the top of her class. As both a Fellow and a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD, MAGD), Dr. Wallerstein is among the top dentists in the U.S. and Canada. Less than 2% of dentists achieve the Master’s designation and even fewer have her Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Award (LLSR). Dr. Wallerstein is an accreditation candidate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Upon completion, she will be one of only four female dentists who have achieved this level of accreditation in Canada.

Micro-Endodontics

CEREC CAD/CAM DIGITAL DENTISTRY
She completed advanced training with the CEREC doctor’s faculty in Arizona. The CEREC crown is designed, created, and installed in a same-day office visit using computer-assisted technology with a 3D printer. This high-tech procedure reduces waiting time for patients and reduces risks.

In the last few years, she has been inducted into the American College of Dentists as a Fellow and has achieved Fellowship status in the elite Pierre Fauchard Dental Academy. This is an international recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to the dental profession.
Serving
Dr. Wallerstein also serves as Regional Director of the Academy of General Dentistry and nationally for Eastern Canada. Other exemplary roles include Executive member of the Quebec AGD, member of the administrative committee of the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics (CARDP), and local advisory committee chair for the upcoming AGD meeting in 2025.

With a background in the fashion industry and the skill to play piano at a performance level, she has a passion for many forms of art including visual arts, performing arts, decorative arts, culinary arts, and fashion.
TRAVELING AND LEARNING
Dr. Wallerstein really enjoys traveling to new destinations and learning about other cultures. She has traveled to Brazil and Paraguay with the Health Mission Organization, volunteering dental services to underprivileged third-world communities.
